1. Who are we?
At YourEasyMeal we dedicate our time to deliver quality products to consumers in an easy, cheap and exclusive manner. We do our utmost to be able to offer a wide range of products that can satisfy as many consumers as possible when it comes to a good price and high quality.
As a member of YourEasyMeal, you each month get an amount of credits that you can use in the YourEasyMeal entire shop to purchase every day goods in bulk. The amount of credits you receive is equal to the membership cost, based on the EUR currency (1 EUR = 10 credits).
In YourEasyMeal credit shop, we offer a very wide variety of products. We have everything from the very popular coffee capsules (both Tassimo, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto) to self-tanning napkins, personal hygiene products, condoms etc.
All of our products are held at low price and the price always includes packaging and shipment.
To keep it as simple as possible, you only need to use your credit card once. Afterwards, a small amount of money is deducted from your credit card each month, and converted into credits that you can spend in the shop.
YourEasyMeal has existed since 2008.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and in the following we explain on what basis we treat the personal information that we collect from you, or that you provide us with. 2. Terms and agreement
2.1. Acceptance of the terms and agreement
When you place an order, you acknowledge that you have read, and that you agree to YourEasyMeal’s terms and conditions. It is this that shall be deemed to constitute an agreement between you and YourEasyMeal.
2.2. Terms of subscription
Upon ordering the introduction package, you also subscribe to an on-going subscription, whereby you receive credits in your account every month. You can swap these for a range of quality products on www.YourEasyMeal.com/shop – You of course, get free delivery on these products.
3. Ordering a subscription
You have to be at least 18 years old to order or buy a subscription with YourEasyMeal.
3.2 The price for subscription
The introductory price depends on which campaign, that you want to use. The intro package will usually cost between €1.00 – €5.00.
The monthly subscription will usually cost €39.00.
3.3. Payment with credit card
Upon ordering, the amount for the intro package will be charged, and the amount for your credits will automatically be withdrawn every 4 weeks. The charges will automatically continue until you actively unsubscribe from the subscription.
In case of the event that there is no money on your credit card, the deposit of your credits will be postponed until it is possible to make the payment on the card again.
The following credit cards can be used for payment; Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
All billings will be showed as YourEasyMeal.com on your bank statement.
A confirmation email for your order/payment will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription.
3.4 Payment debiting times
All payments will be debited at time of order, if for any reason we do not have the stock or can’t complete you order, you will be notified and your credit or debit card transaction will be cancelled, so that you will not be charged.
We must receive payments for all orders in full, before they are dispatched.
3.5 Right of regret regarding your subscription
You have 14 days right of withdrawal on the purchase of the intro package. As it is an on-going subscription, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of the credits. The 14 days start from when you receive the product, the actual day on which you receive the product does not count. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you have to return the intro package within the 14 days. If you want to withdraw your order, it is you who covers the cost for sending the product back.
Upon the withdrawal of your purchase, you have to send an email to [email protected], where you state the following details:
Subscription information – so we can find the right subscription.
State that you want to cancel your purchase.
State that you have sent the package back.
By withdrawing the purchase and returning the product unopened and unused in its original packaging, the full amount withdrawn will be inserted back into your account.
3.6 Length of subscription
The subscription has a period of the intro package and 3 monthly credits.
After the subscription period, the subscription will continue automatically until you actively unsubscribe from it.
3.7 Termination of the subscription
Unsubscribing the subscription has to be done via the website www.YourEasyMeal.com/faq at least 2 days before the next shipping date (that date is stated on your confirmation letter).
3.8 Subscription information
You can find information about your subscription on the website www.YourEasyMeal.com. All you have to do is use the log in feature. Your login is your postal code and your subscription number.
3.9 Information regarding personal information You have to live in the DK, NO, SE, FI or FR in order to use YourEasyMeal.
When you order a subscription from YourEasyMeal it is essential that you register with correct personal information.
If there are any changes in your personal information, you are obliged to update them on YourEasyMeal’s website.
If you get a new card number, or the card has been cancelled or expired, the subscription will cease and you will not be able to make any further purchases. You can inform us about this via email or telephone.
YourEasyMeal reserve the right to send out news and offers from YourEasyMeal and its carefully selected partners – you can unsubscribe from these at any time without a fee.
4. Personal data
4.1. Processing of personal data
Personal information and card data is handled in compliance with the Privacy Act. Personal information is not passed on to any third party.
Please be aware that credits expire after 12 months.
5. Limitation of liability
YourEasyMeal assumes no further responsibilities than what YourEasyMeal is bound to by Danish law. In case of a dispute or controversy the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Denmark.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
